1 review post of "a doll's house"
"A DOLL'S HOUSE" i dont believe that how nora is acting is acceptable. she is the wife of helmer, which i found hard to believe considering how she acts like a little kid and not like an adult. she uses helmer to get money and get her way. though Helmer isn't all that innocent in a way, because he uses Nora as a tool of entertainment. she is keeping secrets from her husband and acting as a child. i dont quite understand this to the fullest. please comment and help me out!

Norah is a two-sided person. When she is with her husband she acts like a little kid, but when she is not she acts like a strong woman who can handle herself. She is hiding things, once they are revealed she will either admit to it or cry like a baby.
ReplyDeleteI don't agree with you entirely. Nora only acts this way so she can one day eventually tell Torvald how she got the money to save his life. She was the one who came up with the money to take him to Italy. The childishness is just a decoy to help her get away with him not finding out until the time is right.
